Cindy and Ali chat with Melissa McGhee, the Head Coach of The Ohio State University Dance Team, leading them to 13 national titles, including the 2024 UDA D1A Jazz Championship. With 16 years of studio training, she now consults, judges top competitions, and speaks at major dance conferences. Named NDCA College Coach of the Year in 2020, she also founded Lineage Dance Co. in Upper Arlington, OH, blending her expertise with her passion for coaching and education.
